Existing TimeKeeper Customer Connecting & Exporting Hours to BrightPay

If you're already a Timekeeper user and you use BrightPay UK for payroll, you can easily link the two systems to begin exporting time data. Check out the tutorial video below which runs through the whole process.

1. Log in to your Timekeeper account

2. Navigate to the Account > Integrations section.

→ Select BrightPay.

3. Click “Connect BrightPay”

→ You’ll be redirected to BrightPay’s login screen.

4. Log in with your BrightPay credentials

→ This securely links your BrightPay employer account to Timekeeper.

5. Authorize the connection

→ You’ll be asked to grant permission for Timekeeper to access BrightPay data.

6. Begin syncing your data

→ Timekeeper will pull in your employee list from BrightPay.

→ Employees are automatically matched (based on email, name, or phone number).

7. You’re now ready to export

→ Once your employees are mapped and the pay period is open in BrightPay, you can export time data directly from Timekeeper.
