Who's In
The Who’s In report is a live real-time report showing who’s currently clocked-in.
The employees currently clocked-in will be displayed, along with their clock-in time, location and job if applicable. You can then filter by team, location or job. Mobile clock-ins will display the closest GPS location from the time of their clock entry. Mobile clock-ins within the geoboundary set for a named location, will be linked to this location.
This report will automatically refresh every minute.
The employee statuses view will show all employees, whether they are clocked in or out, and their last entry time.
Employees will only see themselves on the Who's in report - no one else!
This report is available to all users and can be accessed on the mobile app. Employees will only see their clock-in, Managers and Team Managers will see those they manage, and Administrators will see all clocked in employees.
